About Jeffrey White
Jeffrey White is the Director of Operations at Hello Pest Control, bringing over 15 years of hands-on pest management experience to every aspect of the business. From technician training and quality control to day-to-day field operations, Jeffrey is the person who makes sure the work gets done right.
His knowledge of the region runs deep. Jeffrey understands which pest pressures hit Rockland County harder in spring, why Bronx apartment buildings face different cockroach challenges than Westchester single-family homes, and how Bergen County's wooded corridors drive tick and wildlife activity in ways that need a specific, regionally-aware approach.
Jeffrey holds active pest control licenses from both the New York Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). He logs continuing education credits annually, staying current on integrated pest management (IPM) techniques, new product formulations, and evolving best practices for minimizing chemical exposure while maximizing effectiveness.
When he's not in the field, Jeffrey trains Hello Pest Control's technicians, stays active in industry associations, and occasionally writes about pest control for local homeowner communities. His goal is simple: make sure every customer gets the same level of expertise and care he'd expect for his own home.
Areas of Expertise
Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
Jeffrey is trained in IPM methodology, which prioritizes prevention, monitoring, and targeted treatment over blanket chemical application. This approach reduces pesticide exposure while delivering lasting results.
Bed Bug Treatment
Bed bug service uses a chemical treatment plan with follow-ups, set during an on-site evaluation.
Rodent Exclusion & Control
Specializes in identifying entry points and implementing long-term exclusion strategies — not just trapping, but permanently sealing the paths mice and rats use to enter your home.
Wildlife Management
Trained in humane wildlife removal methods compliant with NY and NJ state regulations, including raccoon, squirrel, and bird control.
Commercial Pest Control
Experience with food service facilities, multi-family residential, offices, and retail — with documentation and compliance records for health inspections.
Tick & Mosquito Programs
Certified to apply outdoor pest control products. Designs seasonal mosquito and tick barrier programs for residential properties of all sizes.
Why Licensing Matters
In New York and New Jersey, pest control applicators are required by law to be licensed. That licensing isn't just paperwork — it means the person treating your home has passed state-administered exams, demonstrated knowledge of pesticide safety and handling, and is legally accountable for how products are applied.
Unlicensed applicators (and there are many operating in the region) can expose you to unnecessary risks: improper product use, misidentification of pests, and treatments that don't actually solve the problem. Hiring a licensed professional like Jeffrey means you're working with someone who is legally bound to follow safe, effective protocols.
Jeffrey's dual NY/NJ licensing means Hello Pest Control can legally operate across all four service counties — Westchester, Rockland, and The Bronx in New York, and Bergen County in New Jersey — under one trusted name.
